Make Your Own Sake from Scratch, for a True Brewery Experience

Symphony Yoshida Sake Brewery specializes exclusively in junmai sake (sake made without added alcohol) using only locally sourced ingredients to capture the terroir of Eiheiji. Over the course of roughly two months, you can have the truly authentic, one-of-a-kind experience of making your own sake from start to finish.
