A Shrine for Good Business Fortune Dedicated to Benzaiten, Goddess of Commerce

Dedicated to Benzaiten, goddess of commerce, this shrine attracts many worshippers from throughout Japan, for answering prayers for business prosperity. On the precincts, there is a large rock worshiped as the sacred object, said to house the spirit of the deity in the form of a white snake — which some claim to have actually seen.
